For a number of years , I have been designing renovation concepts for my shopping center buyer and seller clients as a way to maximize value. My objective is to make maximum impact for the least expense. I have now developed a process and a team of architects and contractors that facilitate these renovations for clients that do not already have this capability. The cost is surprisingly reasonable and usually is paid back in increased rents and occupancy within two years. Some examples of current and completed projects are below. This is a free service I offer to my investment clients. My motivation is to make clients money and hope they will let me represent them when they are buying and selling.
